In finding the truth – people bleed, people scar, and people heal. Otilia Greco pens a compelling contemporary thriller that takes every reader into the depths of their emotions. In her book entitled The Lady with the Purple Hat: A Novel, she introduces the character of Daisy who decides to play with fortune.

Daisy has been dying to create a new life for herself since the day she decided to leave her husband ten years ago. But their divorce has been put in slow motion like what one sees in a movie, as her husband continues to battle against cancer. She makes up her mind and decides to end the life of her husband so she can finally have a life of her own. She dons an outlandish purple hat to disguise her face as she prepares to poison her sick husband. As she arrives at the hospital, she becomes astonished as she sees a lady sitting beside Bernard. Now she grasps the truth before her eyes and it’s finally hunting her. Will Daisy be able to handle the fate that awaits her?

Her international travels paved the way for her appreciation for history and many cultures.
